One day I got a phone call from a Lawyer. He had got my name & number from a client he knew,
who I had helped through the Foreclosure process with amazing successful results.
This client was ecstatic with the results we achieved. He came out of it as a total winner.

I met with the lawyer confidentially, where he explained he was going through a very ugly divorce.
He told me that the divorce and bad vibes at home between he and his wife were affecting his mental state.

He was stressed, depressed and not a happy guy. He said he was finding it hard to keep his mind on the job, thus his income was on the rocks, and he was now behind on his mortgage payments, and to make things even worse ….he had been avoiding the Notices of Default ( NOD ) being sent to him by the Bank and he was now facing Foreclosure.

It was also explained that the Seller & I would be looking at all offers
In 5 Days …Not before……Not after ….. 5 Days.

My system worked wonders.
The activity was amazing & the results even better.

A HAPPY ENDING. On Day 5 – Multiple offers came in on the property.
It SOLD for over $ 200,000 over the asking price. The Bank got all their money.
The Seller’s S O L D their home and put a big chunk of cash in their pocket and moved on.

Gone was the Stress to the Homeowner. Gone was the Worry to the Homeowner.
Gone was the Fear to the Homeowner. It was a New Life.

The Lawyer ( SELLER ) later told me it was the best Real Estate experience of his life.
He felt alive again. He couldn’t thank me enough.

They moved on. Got divorced and lived happily ever after – Separately.
